Meryl beat me in all sports excepts boxing and now she is insisting that we get a Wii.  Might have to wait so we don't suffer the PAL/NTSC problems when we take it back to Sydney.

Yep, I have caved in. I now have a cell phone. In fact, I have 2 cell phones, one for me, one for Meryl. It was either get a cell phone to coordinate the driving, pick up schedule or get a second car and the cell phone was much cheaper.

I met with Karen Pearlman and Richard Allen to discuss their idea about building a game ligtly based on the movie Thursday's Fictions. I have 
not seen the movie yet, but the ccocept of Thursday trying to cheat 
death is intriguing. The fact that ABC bought the right to broadcast is 
certainly impressive given that ABC seems to be suffering from a
